Research Interests
Dan is interested in identifying what people know, based on what they do. He is working on a model of cognitive skill assessment for collaborative human-robot interactions. He is working on applying this model to three domains: educational/tutoring robotics, service/co-worker robotics, as well as assistive robotics.
Personal
Dan enjoys music, photography, and reading. He listens to many genres of music but loves pop music the most. He takes thousands of photos on a good month and spends way too much money on camera gear. He tries to stay current with a large selection of blogs on Google Reader.
