Professor Scassellati was nominated by Yale College students to receive the Dylan Hixon ’88 Prize, which honors teaching excellence in the natural sciences. Student’s highlighted Scaz’s ability to take “complex and dense topics and [find] a beautiful, lucid way to showcase the to the world, irrespective of skill level.”
